Leasys aimed to open its first digital sales channel, creating an e-commerce platform to lease vehicles fully online across 11 countries.
The Challenge
Designing the MVP for one of the first fully digital, end-to-end e-commerce platforms for long-term car rental built for B2C, B2B, and dealer audiences, and scalable across 11 European markets.
The Solution
We designed one of the first platforms to fully digitalize the long-term car rental journey from vehicle configuration to pricing, document upload, digital signature, and payment. The solution was built to serve B2C, B2B, and dealer channels across 11 European markets, with a modular and scalable architecture. It featured reusable widgets, deep integration with legacy systems, and a proprietary financial calculator to support tailored offers. Fully embedded within Stellantis’ digital ecosystem, the platform positioned Leasys as a strategic player in the online mobility space.
The Result
We worked closely with the development team using an agile approach. During this phase, I also earned my SAFe® Agile certification by passing the official exam. We delivered a new Design System, built in alignment with Leasys' brand guidelines and consistent with the previous website’s identity. Moreover I was responsible for daily UX and UI design activities and facilitated workshops with the business team to define user journeys and booking logic, ensuring continuous alignment between business needs and digital solutions.
