Part of Lamborghini’s marketplace evolution, the B2B project replaces the outdated XECO (SAP frontend) with Salesforce B2B Commerce. The platform manages spare parts, accessories, and merchandise, and is designed to scale across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C funnels.
The Challenge
The existing solution had key pain points: - Manual catalog updates across systems - No automated marketing - Poor user experience on XECO The goal was to launch a scalable, modern e-commerce platform integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem.
The Solution
We designed a Salesforce B2B storefront integrated within a dedicated community portal, delivering a fully branded and navigable experience. The solution includes a customized product catalog, self-service features for order placement and account management, and a modular architecture based on LWR templates—making it easily scalable across markets and use cases.

The MVP delivers a streamlined digital experience for dealers, reduces manual effort, and sets the foundation for omnichannel growth. It enables Lamborghini to scale its commerce model while ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
