The Human Flow

Inquiry on how service designers contribute on the public transportation

For this project a graphic poster was created in order to visually illustrate the path that service designers can follow in the creation of a public transportation’s project.
Starting from three emblematic case studies in public transports, steps, typical methods and outcomes were grossed up then organized as shown. Moreover, the re- search was assisted by a deep service design literature with the main insights reported on the left part of the poster.

The poster was followed by cards that have the insights on the front and the illustrations about them on the back.

The project was selected and exposed during the “Proof of concept” event, deal at Triennale di Milano, in June 2018.
